"For me, Sacred represents passion, vulnerability, and the desperation in confronting your different mental states while in a relationship. Sacred is my first collaborative piece of work in terms of music. It’s also one of my favorites considering I got the privilege of working on it with a close friend, someone who I also consider a mentor, the ultra talented Veronica Maximova. She said “(about Sacred) I just wanted to say that it has been such a pleasure to work with someone so talented on the other side of the world in a pandemic. It’s incredible this is possible thanks to technology.”

"Aswang is a heavy hitter, a power house, a massive track that harasses you with sound the second you press play. It’s an exercise in aggression, as well as a tribute to my Filipino, specifically Pampangan heritage. An Aswang is a broad term to describe what the west would commonly refer to as a “vampire,” or “ghoul.” They are malevolent creatures that suck the life force out of those around them, with their defining feature often times being an extremely long tongue as thin as a thread. That is how cis people make me feel when I speak my mind and this is me contextualizing that for myself."
